Şalvar Davası (English: The Case of the Baggy Pants) is a 1983 Turkish film directed by Kartal Tibet and starring Müjde Ar and Şener Şen. The film, an adaptation of the ancient Greek play Lysistrata by Aristophanes, was Sener Şener’s first leading role.

After many years in the city, the young woman Elif (Müjde Ar) returns to her home village and realises that not much has changed. However, she has become a completely new person and therefore has problems adjusting to her old surroundings. The village men still make their wives work hard while they sit in the cafés and do nothing. Elif inspires the women to fight back against this unfair treatment. Elif leads the women and a collective resistance begins. The fight is successful and equality between men and women is established in the village.
